My work may be slower than what you are used to because I have many other outside responsibilities and I work two jobs. Rushing me will result in poor quality commissions.

Please allow me to work at my own pace.

 

Commissions are NOT "first come first serve" and will be chosen based on current queue demands and level of complexity. Time sensitive commissions will be moved up in the queue and completed before a reasonable deadline.

 

I promise the artwork will be completed in a timely manner.

I reserve the right to post or not post requests, art trades, commissions and or gifts.

I reserve the right to reject any request, art trade, or commission for any reason.

I am liable to charge more for pieces with extensive detail at my own discretion. Be mindful that I will only accept up to a certain amount of detail per commission as to complete it in a timely manner as well as be able to work within the art programs I use without them crashing constantly. 

 

(I WILL NOT MAKE, DESIGN, OR COMMISSION NEW DRAKES.) So DO NOT ask for one. They are a closed species. If you know anyone who is making one without permission please let myself or my friends know right away.

 

Clients are allowed to order ONE COMMISSION/QUEUE SLOT during an opening.

This is to ensure peak productivity and keep things open for others.

 

The displayed commissioned artwork prices are subject to change depending on complexity, difficulty, and size of each individual piece.

 

(You must be 18 years or older to order an adult-oriented illustration)

(this applies to any type of commission including those of mature content).

 

Do not ask for freebies.

Clear and concise visual references and description of a request, art trade, or commission idea is REQUIRED by the client. Make sure that you label things in order and arrange them in list form.

(i.e: idea, character, short desc. and ref link, any other ref material).

 

Character Creation Commissions: Commissioner MUST have the bare minimum details for character creation commissions. (i.e. gender, body shape, species, references or examples of a few things you for sure want in there, and general physical description.)

 

Please keep in mind that, for specific commissions, such as armor or sci-fi commissions, I will do my best to replicate what you want to the best of my ability. There will always be minor differences and stylization. This does not mean that you can request a refund because I did not 100% photocopy your reference image. The client will have the opportunity to direct alterations to their commission from start to finish but I can only do so much through notes please try and attend streams!

 

I will consider artistic nudity, fetish, porn, violence, humorously

offensive artwork on a case-by-case basis.

 

Generally, I am okay with most things, but please always ask.

 

I will not draw vore, gore, mutilation, religious promotion, political promotion, pokemon, digimon, mlp, pokemon/digimon hybrids, cub, young nsfw, watersports, incest, cuckolding, adultery, rape/non-con (even suggestive), inflation, bug porn, scat, hard gore, baby furs, transformation, ball-busting, vacuum, or mummification.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━PAYMENT/REFUNDS━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Payments must be made up front and in full before preliminary work begins. No exceptions.*

This is to prevent others from stealing mostly done work from me before paying.

**Warning to those who I have barred from commissioning me. If you make a false account to which I find you were behind it and try to commission me, and or pay me in advance expecting a commission. Then all payments will be considered as donations. Period, no exceptions.**

 

In the case of YCH's/Auctions/Adopts; once the auction is complete the highest bidder has twenty four hours to pay the invoice sent to them. They will be reminded throughout the allotted time but if the invoice is not paid then the item will be relisted.

The client will receive a Paypal invoice from me with the agreed estimate.

The only method of payment that I will accept is through my paypal.me link: paypal.me/SpaceDrake.

 

If payment has not been received after 3 days your commission slot will be skipped and your commission will be dropped. No exceptions.

 

If I have previously dropped your commission due to unreceived payment, and you wish to resume it, you may contact me to do so. Your commission will be moved to the end of the list. If my list is full then you will have to wait until my next commission opening.

 

Final pieces may be edited no more than once without incurring additional fees.

On linework pieces and beyond the client may no longer request a refund once the lining portion of a piece is finished and both parties have agreed to this.  

 

I reserve the right to reject customer critiques if I believe that said critique will reduce the quality of the piece (Such as improper musculature, etc).

I do not accept alterations/critiques for requests and art trades.

 

If the commissioner wishes to cancel their piece part way through either of the first 2 stages of their commission then the client will not be refunded the price of the previously finished stages and will only receive partial refund for the current stage dependent on the amount of finished work. This only applies to before finishing linework. Once linework is finished the commissioner will no longer be able to request a refund from myself.

 

*If the client is truly uncomfortable with paying upfront than I am more than willing to try to work with you. Starting from a sketch the commissioner may choose the next tier of commission for a simple upcharge. The commissioner may continue doing so all the way up to a finished color commission. The upcharge will never come out to be more than the base price of each commission stage.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━RIGHTS/PERMISSION━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

The client retains the rights to their character. Requesting artwork gives me permission to draw your character. I retain all the rights to the artwork that I create of that character

(whether it be a request, art trade, or commission).

 

The client is not permitted to make physical edits or modifications to my artwork;

this includes, but is not limited to: recoloring, vectoring, tracing, etc. Rights may be negotiated.

 

Clients are not permitted to distribute my artwork for monetary or personal gain.

This includes, but is not limited to: shirts, prints, logos, advertisement, etc. Selling a character that I have created for you or any art that I have created for you is permitted, but please credit me with their creation.

 

Uploading/posting my artwork is restricted to the owner of the character/piece.

Credit must be given at all time when uploading/posting.

Anyone who proposes a request, art trade, or commission with me must read, understand, and agree to ALL of the above terms before doing so.

By sending a request or an art trade, the client agrees to the above terms.

By sending a completed commission form, the client agrees to the above terms

By sending payment for a commission, the client agrees to the above terms.

Utmost I have the right to refuse any commission before taking it own at no descretion.
